Jay created EarthWay Real Estate to specialized in real estate with in the Greater Charleston area. He also envisioned a place to be in touch with his local community and clients both professionally and personally. 

With over two decades of experience as a real estate professional, Jay truly wanted to bring Real Estate Service Beyond an 

Internet Search™.  

What does that mean to someone lost in internet searches, unreturned phone calls, and quick “car sale” pitches? It means working with a knowledgeable, local real estate professional serving you with only your best interests in mind. 

He & his wife Cheryl moved to Charleston in 1998 from Fargo, ND.  They have 5 children & 11 grandchildren.  Jay grew up in Columbus, Ohio and always held a big heart for The Ohio State Buckeyes. 

Since 2000, Jay & Cheryl have been a part of the Folly Beach Turtle Team, preserving and protecting the natural habitat of Loggerhead Sea Turtles.  They are also proud supporters of Pet Helpers (a no-kill pet facility in Charleston), were annual corporate sponsors for "Remember Niger" and the School Spirit Run for Niger. 

Jay loved his community here in the 

greater Charleston area and always strived to give back not only in the low-country, 

but worldwide!

 Born and raised in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia, Sarah and her husband Jon moved to Charleston in 2012. While Sarah still pines for the mountain air - the beauty, the history, and all the wonderful activities in the Charleston area makes for a happy and active lifestyle. 

Sarah & Jon have 2 young daughters, 2 dogs, 2 cats, several hens, and a couple beehives! It's a very busy and silly house in James Island with some type of adventure happening everyday.

Sarah has worked in Commercial & Residential Real Estate since 2005, with her main focus in Marketing Coordination and Desktop Publishing. She, also, has held her South Carolina Real Estate License since 2015. Sarah received her Bachelors Degree in Theatre and a Graduate Certificate in Instructional Design - Both from George Mason University.  Sarah is, also, a certified Yoga Instructor.

I was born and raised in the small town of Chapin, South Carolina and grew up on the beautiful Lake Murray. Because of my love for water I made the move to Charleston where I attended College of Charleston and graduated in 2007 with a degree in Education. I went on to get my Master's degree in Educational Technology in 2009 and was an elementary school teacher for 9 years. 

When I bought my first home 10 years ago, I discovered my passion for real estate. At the time, I was teaching school, but continued to be intrigued and followed the ever changing market. 

As the years progressed and my husband and I bought and sold our current house, I again experienced the excitement that came with finding the perfect home. Pamela has held her Real Estate License for 30 years and is a native South Carolinian.
She is retired from an exceptional Army career - serving for 27 years as a Commissioned Officer for the US Army and 22 years as Assistant Commandant for Operations/Training/Logistics.

Pamela is involved in her local community. Residing in Folly Beach with her husband and their 2 dogs (Annie & Nike), Pamela is a Board Member on the Folly Beach Design Review Board.
